Everything on this page is TIG work: aluminum, stainless, steel and chromoly, in the shop or on site. Find the job that sounds like yours, or use the list at the bottom if you're not sure.
Quick note
Send a photo. Plenty of jobs fit two of these pages at once, like a mobile repair on an aluminum trailer. We sort that out when we see the part.
01
Boats, trailers, truck racks, fuel tanks, brackets and cast parts. Aluminum is unforgiving of dirty prep and too much heat, so we take it slow at the bench and do the cleaning nobody sees.
Materials
5052, 6061, 3003 sheet and plate, extrusions, many castings
Where
In the shop, or on site with mobile TIG
Typical jobs
Hull cracks, trailer frames, tanks, racks, brackets
02
Restaurant tables and hoods, brewery and food-plant fittings, railings, tanks and custom parts. Good stainless work means low heat, a gas-shielded back side when it matters, and a finish you can clean.
Materials
304 and 316 stainless sheet, tube, pipe and plate
Where
Shop work, plus on-site repairs at kitchens and plants
Typical jobs
Kitchen equipment, sanitary fittings, railings, tanks
03
When the part is bolted down, too big to haul or needed back in service today, we bring the TIG setup to you: homes, shops, kitchens, job sites and plants across the Metroplex.
Materials
Aluminum, stainless and mild steel
Where
Dallas, Fort Worth and surrounding cities
Typical jobs
Equipment, kitchens, trailers, gates, railings
04
Brackets, mounts, frames, enclosures, carts, small structures and one-off parts. Bring a sketch, a drawing or the broken original; we cut, fit, TIG weld and finish it.
Materials
Aluminum, stainless, mild steel and chromoly tube
Where
Built in the shop, installed on site if needed
Typical jobs
Brackets, frames, carts, enclosures, prototypes
05
Stainless exhaust sections, downpipes, aluminum intercooler and intake piping, brackets and repairs for cars and trucks. Fit first, purge where it counts, and welds you don't mind people looking at.
Materials
304 stainless, aluminized steel, aluminum tube
Where
In the shop; car or parts dropped off
Typical jobs
Exhaust sections, downpipes, charge piping, brackets
06
Cracked brackets, failed welds, split castings, broken equipment and the bead somebody laid over a crack last year. We find out why it broke, grind it out properly and weld it so it lasts.
Materials
Aluminum, stainless, mild steel, many castings
Where
Shop or on site
Typical jobs
Cracked parts, failed welds, worn mounts, castings
